A mock draft is one of the farthest things from an “exact science” and plenty of folks go through the exercise several times for weeks and months leading up to the 1st round of the NFL Draft. I prefer to wait until the eve of the draft, after I’ve attended the Scouting Combine, Owner’s Meetings and Pro Day(s) and talk to as many people as I can in and around the league, as well as college football.
